7. Click the Device Menu arrow next to the name of the device (see figure 32,

10. Click Continue (

11. Click Open Firmware File... to navigate to the device‑specific firmware file that has
been downloaded to your PC. Valid firmware files have a .eff file extension.
ATTENTION:
•
Valid firmware files must have the file extension .eff . A file with any other
extension is not a firmware upgrade for this product and could cause the
switcher to stop functioning.
• Les fichiers firmware valides doivent contenir l’extension fichier .eff. Un fichier
avec n’importe quelle autre extension n’est pas une mise à jour de firmware
pour cet appareil et l’appareil pourrait arrêter de fonctionner.
