Removing and Installing a Power Supply Module
The
two
power
suppl
y
modules
(primar
y
power
suppl
y
and
redundant
power
suppl
y)
are
identical
and
hot-swappable.
Each
power
suppl
y
module
has
a
2-color
LED,
visible
on
the
rear
panel,
that
indicates
the
status
of
the
power
suppl
y
outputs.
If
the
LED
is
lit
green,
the
power
suppl
y
is
operating
normall
y
.
If
the
LED
is
lit
red,
the
suppl
y
has
failed
and
should
be
replaced
at
the
earliest
opportunit
y
.
LEDs
with
identical
meaning
are
also
on
the
front
panel.
CAUTION:
Double
pole-neutral
fusing
NOTE:
The
power
suppl
y
modules
are
hot-swappable.
You
do
not
need
to
power
down
the
switcher
to
install
or
remove
either
power
suppl
y
module.

Rotate

left
and
right
knurled
knobs
to
completel

loosen
the
captive
screws
(see
the
figure
below
)
