Solution:
Go to “Control Panel” → “Hardware and Sound” → “Pen and Touch” → Click on
the
tab “Touch”→ Make sure both “Use your finger...” and “Enable multi-touch...”
options are checked → “OK”
Note: If the OS is Windows 10 or above it may not be possible to get into the
Pen and Touch configuration menu. In this case please check if your OS is able
to receive Windows Multi Touch Messages at all
7.3 How to send a report
If the MultiTouch Doctor cannot help you out, and you have no idea what could be the problem
that is causing an error, please contact the support team.
You can either send an e-mail directly to
report and set it via the MultiTouch Doctor by following the steps below:
•
Run the MultiTouch Platform as Administrator
•
Run the doctor tool by clicking the Diagnose Button, like described above, to build a
diagnose session
•
Click on “Send report”
