Solution:
Make sure the touch surface is clear and that nothing is present that could block
the IR signal.
Clean the IR filters on bottom, left side, right side and top with a soft cloth to
remove dirt or dust
If that doesn’t help you can create a report to send it to the support team:
Steps: Click on “Send Report”
→ Fill out the new popup window with your information and issue description, just
click “Send” button if the PC has an internet access.
→ If it is without internet connection, please package the report folder located at
"C:\Program Files (x86)\MultiTouch\MultiTouchPlatform" by default and send to
