Solution:
Generally primeTOUCH flat IR touch overlay is resistant to bright environmental
light. But if there are light sources that emit infrared light in a certain wave length
this may cause this error. Please try to remove or decrease any strong lights
directly shining to the touch screen.
If the problem persists, please click on “Send Report” to contact the support like
described in chapter 7.3 How to send a report
