During simultaneous
display, only display on
one screen

Try to switch the display by pressing Fn + F7.
 If the problems remain, try to change the display
device in the following menu:
 [Start] - [Control Panel] - [Other Control Panel
Options] - [Intel Graphics and Medium] - [Intel
Graphics and Medium Control Panel]
 When start [Command Prompt] and press Alt +
Enter to display on full screen, it will display on
only one screen. Press Alt+ Enter and restore
window display, it will display simultaneously.
Exit
Cannot exit or restart
Windows  If a USB device is connected, try to remove it.
 It may take one to two minutes to shut down.
Battery Status Indicator
The red indicator is on  Indicate that the battery is charging.
The red indicator blinks
 The battery level is very low (the charge is
approx. 6% or less with alarming).
 Connect the AC adapter. You can use the
computer when the battery indicator light is red.
If you do not have an AC adapter, save data and
power off the computer. After replacing the
battery pack with a fully charged one, turn on the
computer.
The green indicator is on  Indicate that the battery is fully charged.
Touchpad
The cursor cannot be
controlled properly
 Press “Fn+F1” to ensure the Touchpad has been
normally opened.
 If you are using an external mouse, ensure that the
external mouse has been connected correctly.
 Restart the computer by the keyboard.
 If the computer does not respond to keyboard
commands, contact Technical Support.
