REMOTE OPERATION FROM BROWSER
7.1
CONNECTING TO THIS DVR
To access the DVR from a computer, open an Internet Explorer window and type the IP address in the address bar.
Note: The Paragon264x1-16CH DVR supports browsers of Microsoft IE9 or earlier with all 32-bit operating systems
except the Server series.
Local connection: http:// (IP address from the DVR’s Network Menu): (IP port used)
e.g. http://192.168.1.163:2468
Internet connection: http:// (IP address given by your Internet Service Provider): IP port used
e.g. http://57.182.67.204:2468
You should then see a login prompt.
The login page will appear on the screen similar to the one shown above.
Enter a user name and password to access the recorder. These can be changed in the System section of the Main
Menu.
The default user name is “admin”. The default password is “11111111”.
Click on the Login button and you will log in to the recorder’s Network Viewer.
