Grill
The dish is heated by the grill element.
This setting can be used for welsh rarebit, for toasting bread and
frying sausages.
• For grilling, place the oven rack on the fourth shelf level and the
baking tray on the second shelf level.
• Temperature setting: 50 - 250 °C
• Check the cooking process regularly. At high temperatures, meat
can burn quickly.
• Preheating is recommended.
Top heat + bottom heat + fan
The dish is heated by hot air originating from the top and bottom
elements, distributed evenly throughout the oven by the fan.
This setting uses even heating and is ideal for baking.
• Place the baking tray on the second shelf level.
• Temperature setting: 50 - 250 °C*
• Preheating is recommended.
