speaker select relay closes when the EMERGENCY TONE switch is
activated.
Microphone PTT
(Push-To-Talk) - Activation causes the microphone
output to be sent to the module output terminals, overriding all tone
generators. The microphone is overridden when the auxiliary input is
selected. The speaker select relay closes when the MICROPHONE PTT
switch is activated.
Control Signals
Alarm Activate
(TB1-1 & TB1-2) - A supervised control circuit used to
activate the SAN-MIC II alarm mode. An external tone select input (TB1-
5, TB1-2) must be simultaneously connected to DC common to select an
alarm tone. The external alarm silence input overrides the alarm activate
command.
Alarm Silence
(TB1-3 & TB1-4) - A supervised control circuit used to
silence the SAN-MIC II external alarm mode. NOTE: The silence switch
does NOT effect the emergency tones, microphone or auxiliary inputs.
Auxiliary Input Select
(TB1-6 & TB1-7) - A supervised control circuit
used to connect the audio source connected to the SAN-MIC II auxiliary
audio input terminals (TB1-16 & TB1-17) to the module output terminals.
The auxiliary input signal overrides all other audio sources. The speaker
select relay closes when the AUXILIARY INPUT SELECT input is
activated.
