Insert the frame gauge in the tracing table.
Close the jaws.
Select
to start the cycle.
Wait: a timer
is displayed for several minutes.
When the calibration is finished, you can restart the control cycle
to check it.
If the calibration fails, restart the cycle. If it fails again, contact the technical department.
Press
to go back to the work screen.
b. Checking and calibrating the centerer-blocker
If you encounter problems with centering, blocking, or posiblock grasp or release, you can check the calibration of the centering
chamber and blocking arm.
From the work screen of your tracer, select

The following screen is displayed:
Checking the posiblock grasp
Place the calibration posiblock on the indexer.
Select the
test and press
to start the cycle.
> The blocking arm moves to grasp the calibration posiblock: it does a series of movements, coming into contact with
the indexer several times.
The test is successful: go to the next test.
The test has failed: run the calibration cycles for the height under the lens
and the blocker
.

Select the

to start the cycle.
> An information message is displayed.
: The first calibration phase is finished.
