Problem Causes Solutions
1 No electricity Check fuses and other protection devices
2 Drop in the well water level Check that the pump is completely submerged
4 Voltage error Check that the voltage is the same as indicated on the
name plate
3 Total manometric head greater than foreseen Check geometric height plus head loss
1 Thermal protection activated Reset the thermal protection or wait for it to cool
2 Discharge line disconnected Connect this line to the outlet of the pump
3 Insufficient well flow Install the gate valve on the outlet to reduce the flow of
the pump
3 Water intake filter clogged Clean intake filter
1 Stop caused by level probes Wait for the well to recover
2 Check valve installed in the wrong direction Install the valve in the opposite direction
3 Wear in the hydraulics Contact an Official Repair Center
1, 3 Capacitor not properly connected (version II) See wiring diagram
3 Faulty discharge line Replace the line with a new one
