6 TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter presents the warnings that may be displayed on the controller, as well as solutions
to various problems that may occur during operation.
6.1 Controller Warnings
Here are the most frequent warning messages. Refer to the table below to know the required
actions for each of these warnings. For more details, see Electrical Troubleshooting at the end
of this chapter.

Required actions
Emergency-stop activated.
Reset the emergency-stop button and restart the machine.
High engine temperature.
Allow enough cool down time before restarting the engine.
Clean cooling fins of any dirt.
Inspect engine for any malfunction.
Middle Stacker low.
Raise the Middle Stacker tail section. Check if Middle
Stacker tail section sensor work properly. Replace if
necessary.
Low alternator output.
Check alternator or battery. Replace if necessary.
Low engine oil pressure.
Check engine oil level. Add some if necessary. If the oil level
is ok or if the problem keeps occurring, inspect the engine
and refer to a specialist.
Traction mode. Restart engine. Put the mode selector in screening position.
