Note : Spare Grizzly
™
fingers are usually shipped with a standard nut. This nut must not be
used in the Fingerscreener Screen Box. It is not adapted to such operation. Always
purchase proper Grizzly™ conical lock washer and nylon lock nut along with
Grizzly™ fingers.
The Cascade
™
fingers (bottom deck) can be changed individually or as a whole set. To change
the whole set of fingers, follow the next steps:
a) Loosen counter nuts located under the Cascade
™
block holder.
b) Unscrew securing bolts.
c) Use a metal rod and a hammer to push the block out through the holes in the back
of the block holder.
d) Insert new rod block. Make sure it is fully inserted all the way through.
e) Tighten securing bolts. It is recommended to add anti-seize to the bolts in order to
make next installation easier.
f) Tighten counter nuts.

To replace broken or damaged Cascade
™
fingers, follow this procedure:
a) Remove rod block from block holder (follow previous procedure).
b) Place rod block in vice and use smaller rod or punch with a hammer to push rod
out from the rear of the block.
c) Put into place new bevelled rod (see the following figures).
