Forwarding Process (PVC Group to Ethernet interface)
In the frame reception process on the PVC group, if the frame is untagged,
user priority value is set in the VLAN tag according to the priority level
assigned to the receiving PVC and the priority table content. When several
values for priority bits are assigned to the same priority level, the lowest
value is selected.
Figure 7 below illustrates the forwarding process from an Ethernet interface
to a PVC group.

In the frame transmission process on the PVC group, the output PVC is
selected according to the value of the user priority bits contained in the
bridged frame and the priority table content.

Weighted Fair Queueing Mechanism
This scheduling mode is used only for Fast Ethernet ports configured to
perform VLAN priority mapping (see VLAN Priority Mapping, section 3.3 on
