5.2
Connection
The connection between the E41x decoder and the TMH60ENA controller is a 3-wire connection: +5V,
Ground and Data. The controller is powered by the E41x decoder.
The E41x decoders with the “-R” option, have a 3.5mm jack connector in the background (
in Figure 2) for
this connection.
To make the installation easier, an 3.5mm jack to terminals adapter is supplied with each decoder.

5.3
Operation
5.3.1.
Initial screen
When the control is powered, it shows the initial screen .
After a few seconds it will show the default screen (see point 0)
If there are no BGM sources configured in the decoder, the controller only can
show the information of the emergency or advertisements channel being
decoded. So the control screen is replaced by the one shown in point 5.3.2
If the communication with the decoder fails, it will show the error screen (see
point 0)
5.3.2.
No BGM sources screen
This is the screen shown when no BGM sources are configured.
In this case, the controller only can show the information of the advertisement or
emergency channels when it is played (see point 5.3.5).
