6. Push the hooks (x2, ) of Holder Shaft Unit, and then pull Holder Shaft Unit
upward slightly from Main Frame.
7. Move Pump Unit to the right side slightly while holding the whole of Holder
Shaft Unit, and then pull the bottom of Holder Shaft Unit toward the backside
of the printer.
8. Remove LD Roller Shaft along with Clutch mechanism from Holder Shaft.
9. Remove Spur Gear 35.2 from LD Roller Shaft.
10. Remove Extension Spring 0.143 from the hooks (x2, ) of Clutch, and
remove Clutch from LD Roller Shaft.

Damage may occur by placing a load on the lower side hook (x1,
) of Pump Frame if Pump Frame is spread too wide.

Do not touch LD Roller.

Do not allow damage to gear surface of Spur Gear 35.2 and
Combination Gear 16.32.

Engage gear surfaces of Spur Gear 35.2 and Combination Gear
16.32.
T
Align the positioning hole (x1) of Ink System Unit with the dowel
(x1,
) of Holder Shaft Unit.
T
Secure Holder Shaft Unit with the hooks (x7, ).
Align the positioning hole (x2) of Holder Shaft with the dowel (x2,
) of LD Roller Shaft.
Confirm that Clutch mechanism operates smoothly.
T
Align the positioning hole (x1) of Clutch with the dowel (x1, )
of LD Roller Shaft.
T
Install Extension Spring 0.143 in the correct condition as shown
in the figure.
