4.2.5.6 Removal of Carriage Motor (Figures 4-25 through 4-26)
1. Perform steps 1 to 5 of Section 4.2.5.5.
2. Disconnect the motor cable from the carriage motor. Disconnect the lead wire of
the home position
sensor from the molded clip at the bottom of the frame. (Refer to Figure 4/-25.)
3. Loosen the four tabs securing the carriage motor frame to the chassis frame, using
