3.3. Paper Source
This selects the paper cutting method in accordance with the paper feed selection. For the paper cutting methods that can be
specified with each driver, see Appendix A.
In Windows 95/98, it can be set in the graphics screen of the printer’s “Properties” dialog.
In Windows NT 4.0, it can be set in the advanced screen of the printer’s “Document Default” dialog.
In Windows 2000/XP, it can be set in the advanced screen of the printer’s “Printing Preferences” dialog.
[Caution]
The paper cutting method us for each respective paper feed method is as shown below.
•
In the case of a Report, paper feeding is not executed between pages, but after all the pages are printed, paper feeding and
paper cutting are executed.
•
In the case of a form, paper feeding is carried out between pages, with paper being feed and cut in page units.
•
If a Report [No Cut] or Form [No. Cut] is specified, only paper feeding is executed and paper cutting is not performed.
•
In the “Report [No Feed] setting, the paper is not fed and the paper is not cut between pages or after all the printing is
completed.
•
If Slip is specified, sheets are delivered one page at a time.
3.4. Print Quality
This specifies the print quality. For the print qualities that can be specified by each driver, see Appendix A.
