because the overload relay
has triggered.
Check unit for overheating and allow
to cool if necessary. Check supply lines
for possible short circuits. Perform a
function test with manual override on
the motor contactor. Check the
current value at the overload relay
and, if necessary, readjust according to
the motor data.
Electric drive is defective
because it was overloaded or
too
long
in
operation
(overheating).
Replace the electric drive. Check the
milling parameters (gun arm closing
pressure and milling time) and
readjust them if necessary.
No power supply to the drive
as the motor contact is faulty.
Exchange the motor contactor

drive shaft. Attention: The four fixing
screws for the drive must be set
correctly.
The gearbox is defective. The
bayonet mount my lock, but
does not rotate.
The gearbox must be replaced. If gears
are replaced, always replace the entire
gear set with bearing material!
