6.5.2 Faults and Causes
1
Fault Vehicles cannot lift or descend
Cause
a.enable switch failure;
b. enable switch shorted
(short circuit);
c.The hand is not in the correct
operating position without trigger-
ing the switch.
2
Fault Vehicles cannot forward and
backward
Cause
a. enable switch failure;
b. enable switch with broken
circuit;
c.The hand is not in the correct
operating position without trigger-
ing the switch.
Installation
-
Install according to the reverse order of rem-
oval.
Checking
-
Check if the appearance of enable switch and
its wiring harness are in good condition, and
if the connectors are connected securely;
6.5.3 Checking and Testing
6.5.4 Control Circuit Troubleshooting
Enable Switch(Left hand) of steering
wheel Control Circuit
(Figure 50310)
Check if the circuit is broken by using a multi-
meter:
-
-
Set the multimeter to ON-OFF;
Check if #3/#106/#18 circuit (circuit between
proximity switch and controller) is conducted.
6.5 Enable Switch
6.5.1 Removal and Installation
See Section 6.1and 6.2 .

-
Start the vehicle;
Measure if there is 24V voltage between Pin
(18#) and Pin (3#) with multimeter. If there is
no voltage, check if the circuit is connected; if
there is voltage, move on to the next step.
Measure the voltage between Pin (106#)
and Pin (18#). If there is 24V voltage (or the
switch is energized under non-induction state,
LED is lit), the switch has been damaged,
please replace;
Measure the voltage between Pin (107#)
and Pin (18#). If there is 24V voltage (or the
switch is energized under non-induction state,
LED is lit), the switch has been damaged,
please replace;
