A1-2.1 Drag Chain Replacement
A1-2.1.2 Middle Drag Chain Replacement
-Unscrew two screws(5, Figure 50603), remove
the plate(4
)
;
-Disconnect the bottom connector(3) of middle
drag chain(6);
-Disconnect the upper connector(8) of middle
drag chain(6);
-Remove the every the baffle(16) from middle
drag chain;
-Remove the middle drag chain.

- Install according to the reverse order of rem-
oval.

A1-2.2.1 Left Drag Chain harness
Replacement
-Press the lift button (2, Figure50107) and low
control button (3, Figure50107) to lift mast to
proper height;(see section 4.3.1)
- Engage the emergency stop switch and turn off
key switch;
-Unscrew the twenty fastening screws (3

Figure 50603) and remove the back cover(1
，
Figure 50603) and side cover(4
，
Figure 50603);
-Disconnect the part connector of left drag chain
harness;
-Remove the circlip on the left drag chain
harness;
-Remove the left drag chain;
-Remove the middle drag chain;
-Disconnect the another part connector of left
drag chain harness;
-Remove the left drag chain harness;
A1-2.2.2 Right Drag Chain harness
Replacement
- Install according to the reverse order of rem-
oval.
Installation
-Unscrew two blot (13, Figure 50603), remove
the plate(14
)
and chain wheel (15) ;
-Unscrew two screws(9), remove the plate(12);
-Disconnect the upper connector (10) of left
drag chain(11);
-Disconnect the bottom connector of left drag
chain(11);
-Remove the every the baffle(16) from left drag
chain;
-Remove the left drag chain.
-Press the lift button (2, Figure50107) and low
control button (3, Figure50107) to lift mast to
proper height;(see section 4.3.1)
-Engage the emergency stop switch;
-Unscrew the twenty fastening screws (3
