5.8.2.
Cable connections
1.
The external connections of the
converter are:
1)
Generator in

Grid connection
3)
Earth connection
4)
Anemometer connect.
5)
USB connection
6)
Antenna connection
The cables must be
connected peeling the
insulation (litz wires).
2.
Check continuity between the 3
phases of the wind turbine with a
voltimeter. Check it in the bottom part
of the tower cable.
3.
Check insulation between any of the
3 phases and earth with a Megger (test
at 500V).
4.
Connect the 3 phase cable coming
from the wind turbine in the connector
in the left (X11 connector).

5.
Connect the 2 phase cable coming
from the grid connection point in the
connector in the right (X8 connector).
Use the 2 holes in the left for phase and
neutral (200V-230V grid voltage).
Maximum cross section:
10mm

Do not connect the 3
rd
cable of the grid.
