Configuring SNMP Traps
1. Go to Device Configuration > Event Rules.
2. Select the desired Event Actions by selecting the checkbox in the Event Action Setting Menu Tree.
3. The “Send SNMP Trap” check box MUST be selected for each corresponding event.
Note:
Deselect this box to configure the rule without sending SNMP traps.
4. Select Save after all Event Rules had been configured.
Downloading the SNMP MIB
To use an SNMP manager, the EN Series PDU requires the SNMP MIB file. The MIB file describes the SNMP functions and shows
the custom objects that describe the system at the individual and outlet level. Download the MIB file from the Enlogic Web UI.
Downloading the SNMP MIB:
1. Go to Device Configuration > Network Services > SNMP or go to System Administration > Device Information.
2. In the PDU Information tab, right click the “Download” link for the PDU-MIB.
3. Select “Save target as”, and save the file to the desired location.
4. Import the file into the SNMP Manager.
