WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser (yourself) that the Moto M3
for which this warranty has been issued is free from the following material and workmanship defects:
12 months warranty:
• Frame
• Electric Motor
• Controller and electric circuits
• SLA Battery and charger
This warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent purchasers.
The manufacturer's sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the product (the manufacturer choses which one).
The manufacturer must be notified in writing of any claim under this warranty within 15 days of noticing any issues.
You must immediately report any abnormal behaviour to the Moto M3 retailer.

When I turn my
vehicle on,
nothing happens.
1. No warnings appear
on the display.
1. Check if the main breaker under the seat
is in the “ON” position.
2. Check the power connection and
battery level.
1. Flip the breaker lever to “ON” .
2. Fasten connections.
2. The power warning
light is on.
3. Check battery and motor connection.
3. Clean and fasten the battery
terminal connectors.
4. Fasten the motor connections using
the controller under the seat.

and the break light are on.
4. Check if the break levers have been
returned to their original position.
5. Loosen the break. If there is any
corrosion, replace it.

5. Battery voltage is below 42 volts.
6. Charge or replace the battery.

The throttle does
not work or
switch on, the
vehicle moves
without
acceleration.
1. The throttle does not return
to the stop position.
1. Check the grip for damage.
2. Check the throttle spring.
3. Check if the throttle handle is loose.
1.Use a flat head screwdriver to adjust
the gap between the rubber handle
and the cover.
2. Readjust the throttle spring position.

The range is low.
Charger light is off.
1. Bad connection between the charger
and the battery.
2. Charger doesn’t charge.
1. Check the charger plug position.

1. Check all connections between
the batteries.
2. Replace the faulty battery cell.
The breaks are

1. Break levers go too deep.

2. Break pads are dirty or need replacing.
1. Adjust the break cable see instructions.
2. Clean break pads using sand paper
or replace.
