Step 4
Installation of the Right (20) and Left Handlebar (18)
on the
Handlebar Post (15) with Axle Support (17).
1. Push the Axle Support (17) centrally into the tube
welded crosswise to the Handlebar Post (15)
2. Push on the Right Handlebar (20) from the right hand
side and the Left Handlebar (18) from the left hand
side.
(Note: After Installation, the handlebar must be aligned in
such a manner that the upper end are inclined outwards
from Handlebar Post (15).)
3. Push 1 – M8 Spring Washer (6) and 1 – M8 Washer
(16) onto to each M8 x15mm Allen Head Screw (12),
screw the screws (12) into the threaded holes at both
ends of the Axle Support (17) and tighten firmly.
(Note: The handlebar are heavier at the top than at the bottom.
Twist the handlebar downwards until further installation is conducted.)
Step 5
Installation of the right and left pedal tube (21 +24)
with swivel tube (26) on the left and right handlebar
(18 +20) and cross frames (22) firmly.
1. Push the end of the right pedal tube (24) onto the
cross frame (22) and tighten it with 2 – M8 x 20mm
Hex Head Bolt (23), 2 – M8 Spring Washer (6) and
2 – M8 Washer (16) at the cross frame (22) firmly.
2. Push the swivel tube (26) into the right handle bar
(20) and tighten it with 2- M8 x 15 Allen Head Screw
(12), 2- M8 Spring Washer (6) and M8 Cover Washer
(27) firmly.
3. Install the left pedal tube (21) with all additionally
required
parts on the left hand side of the machine as described in 1. + 2.
