Power option
The power options provide information about the power supply unit connected.
1. Click
Power Option
in the DTM navigation tree
to display the appropriate parameters.

You can enter text in the white fields. Press
Enter
to save your changes.

The gray fields are read-only.

Meaning

Power Mode
Indicates whether the adapter is powered by a battery or externally.
Battery Changed
This parameter only appears for battery-powered devices.
When the battery unit is replaced, this button must be pressed so
that the date for the "Last Battery Change" in the WirelessHART
Adapter is set to the present date and the expected lifetime
calculation is reset.
Last Battery Change
This parameter only appears for battery-powered devices.
Displays the date when the "Battery Changed" button was last
pressed.
– If the WirelessHART Adapter is not connected to the network
during initial commissioning, the date is set to 01.01.1970.
– The date is updated when the adapter connects to the network
manager for the first time.
Temperature Min
Lowest temperature in degrees Celsius to which the WirelessHART
Adapter has been exposed. The value can be reset.

Temperature Max
Highest temperature in degrees Celsius to which the WirelessHART
Adapter has been exposed. The value can be reset.
50 °C
Reset Temp Min/Max
Press this button to reset the minimum and maximum temperature
values.
