Hold the lever arm down.
5.
Feed the spherical joint of the transfer
tube into the torch compartment
through the opening in the torch
compartment wall.
6.
Connect the torch to the transfer tube
with the glassware clamp.
Do not use conventional spherical joint
clamps. These may cause signal stability
problems.
7.
If the spray chamber is already in place,
fit the spherical joint of the glass
transfer tube into the joint of the spray
chamber and secure it using the
glassware clamp.
