In case the Ready LED indication
is glowing but the remaining
indications are not glowing:
• Check for trigger voltage
(12v-20V).
• If this is not detected, check
the thermostat on the Heat
sink / Harmonic Reactor ther-
mostat as when these are open
(safety against high tempera-
ture opens these thermostats).
• Check the controller back side
T1, T2 terminals which is used
for over temperature trip it
has connected through panel
thermostat if it deducted the
over temperature then feed-
back goes to iSaver controller
then automatically all capacitor
banks will getting OFF one by
one.
• Then temperature comes
down the set point then isaver
function will work normally
normally panel internal temp
set was 55°C.
• If the thermostats are
found defective, replace
thermostat(s).
In case the Ready and Trigger LED
indication are glowing but yet the EDS
module indicates a trip indication there
is a Potential Thyristor malfunction/
failure and needs off-line repair.
