DG operation not
working.

DG feedback voltage fails

iSaver program setting problem

(0.8A) fuse failure

Contactor not energized

Check the DG output voltage using
digital multimeter it should be 320 to
350V

Check iSaver control set up DG PF set
may be Zero if it’s found Zero set 0.80
PF

Check 0.8A fuse in between Contactor
coil and DG output if it is failed replace
the fuse

Checks the contactor coils supply if it is
healthy replace the 9A 4 pole
contactor.

All banks turn ON even
No required KVAR

Mains CT location at wrong place

Check the Mains CT coil location
it should be placed before iSaver
panel Voltage cable which mean
iSaver current also flow through that
mains CT if it is wrongly located
please change the CT location above
mentioned place.
