Rosemount Model 8800C Vortex Flowmeter

NOTE
The Model 8800C measures the volumetric flow under operating
conditions (i.e. the actual volume at the operating pressure and
temperature–acfm or acmh), as shown above. However, gas volumes are
strongly dependent on pressure and temperature. Therefore, gas
quantities are typically stated in standard or normal conditions (e.g.
Scfm or Ncmh). (Standard conditions are typically 59 °F and 14.7 psia.
Normal conditions are typically 0 °C and 1 bar abs).
The flow rate limits in standard conditions are found using the
equations below:
Standard Flow Rate = Actual Flow Rate X Density Ratio
Density Ratio = Density at Actual (Operating) Conditions / Density at
