OAM protocol configuration
Ethernet OAM (Operation, Administration, and Maintenance), IEEE 802.3ah—channel-level
functions for channel state monitoring protocol. This protocol is used for transmission of channel status
information between directly connected Ethernet devices using OAM protocol data units (OAMPDU). Both
devices should support IEEE 802.3ah standard.
