4.3.3 Fastening

The device can be mounted, on choice:
•
directly to a wall, with fixing plugs supplied, opening the detector (see paragraph
6.2.2
) and using pre-
fractured holes (a) or (b) on the base;
•
fixing it on an angle by provided angular support. Using the support allows to mount angle-provided
device to a wall too preserving anti-removal (tamper) protection, provided that also detector rear shell
is fixed to the wall using either hole (c).

4.3.4 Configuration
IR detector does not need any configuration. The use of jumper JP1 is reserved.
4.4 INDOOR SIREN IS500
4.4.1 Power supply
To supply the siren:
1. Remove the screw at siren base and take off its covering.
2. Remove the four securing screws and take off battery holder opening cover.

3. Add the 4 cells observing polarities. The siren will send out a short confirmation tone after last cell was
added.
4. Put back cell holder opening cover and secure it with the screws.
