1.4.8 EP508 Expansion module
Expansion module equipped with:
8 inputs;
1 balanced SAB input;
3 outputs (1 relay output and 2 electric outputs).
The expansion is provided with no casing. It can be installed inside the MP500/4N, MP500/8 or
MP500/16 control panels or inside a CP/EXP container.
ATTENTION!
the absence of a casing certified Grade 2 or 3 results in the loss of EN 50131
certification.
The module is connected to the control panel via bus.

1.4.9 CP/EXP Container
Container for the EP508 expansion module.
It comes equipped with a tamper device against opening and remove and makes it possible to
maintain EN50131 Grade 3 certification for the EP508 expansion module.

1.4.10 CP/EP500 Container
Protective plastic container for EP508 (not certified).
1.4.11 DK500M-E Electronic key reader
Reader for DK50 keys.
The device comes equipped with:
5 signal LEDs: 4 for system status and 1 for the alarm and signal memory;
2 inputs.
With the use of optional adaptor frames, the reader is compatible with the following civil lines:
Simon Urmet nea, BTicino Living International, BTicino Light, BTicino Living, BTicino Axolute,
Gewiss Playbus, Ave Habitat Sistema 45, Vimar Idea, Vimar 8000, Vimar Eikon.
The reader is powered by the bus that connects it to the control panel and is configured via
programming.
The reader is to be assembled on a civil line electrical box protected by a tamper device suitable
connected to the reader.
ATTENTION!
the absence of a tamper certified Grade 2 or 3 results in the loss of EN 50131
certification.
