PREPARATION OF REFRIGERANT PIPES

ATTENTION!

 Before installation, check the following:

а)

 Copper pipes intended for installation of air-conditioning systems are used. Outer pipe diameter:

1/4 "and 3/8" with adequate insulation (at least 8 mm thick) Fig. 4, suitable for use with refrigerant
R134a

Fig.4

b)

 Never use pipes with a wall thickness of less than 0.8 mm;

c)

 Ensure the shortest and as simple as possible way (max 8 m long and 3 m elevation gain)

WARNING

! This is one of the conditions for the validity of the warranty

d)

 Protect pipes and cables to prevent damage;

ATTENTION!

  Refrigerant piping and fittings must be thermally insulated to avoid burns, cuts,

and product malfunctions. The pipes must not be damp and dirty. Avoid sharp bends of the pipe
and distortion of the cylindrical shape. Bends are made with a suitable tool

CONNECTING OF THE REFRIGERANT PIPES WITH THE INDOOR UNIT

а)

 Unroll the required pipe lengths from the rolls;
