„I“ - the water tank of the indoor unit is made of chromium-nickel alloy steel.
“S” – the water heater has a heat exchanger
The maximum allowable refrigerant system pressure in the heat pump water heaters is 2.7 MPa.
They are tested and designed to operate at pressures lower than 2.7 MPa. For this purpose, a valve
is installed in their construction to prevent pressure exceeding the maximum permissible
Heat pump water heaters are designed to heat water, except through a heat pump system, also with
a 2000 W electric heater. It is possible to heat the water only with the electric heater of the appliance
INDOOR UNIT WITH HEAT EXCHANGER
The indoor units of these models provide the possibility of saving electricity thanks to the built-in heat
exchanger. By doing so, the volume of water can be heated by an alternative heat source such as a
solar collector. It is necessary that the heat carrier to be used in the system does not exceed 85 ° C.
WARNING!
The circulation of the heat carrier through the heat exchanger in case of emptied
water tank IS FORBIDDEN. The simultaneous closing of the heat exchanger inlet and outlet is
FORBIDDEN.
For heat carrier always use a propylene glycol solution with water in a ratio complying with the
climate conditions. The construction of the installation and the connection of the heat exchanger of
the water heater to it shall be performed only by qualified and competent companies with such
subject of activity and in accordance with the project they have developed.
MOUNTING THE INDOOR UNIT ON THE WALL OF THE PREMISE
The indoor unit may only be installed in rooms with normal fire safety and the temperature in which
can not drop below 0 ° C. It is necessary to have a wastewater drain in the floor of the room, because
during the normal use of the indoor unit it is possible to drain water from the opening of the safety
valve. The siphon will facilitate maintenance, prophylaxis and eventual servicing when it is necessary
to drain water from the indoor unit water tank.
The place of installation of the indoor unit shall be in accordance with its dimensions, its mounting,
the arrangement of the suspension elements and its pipes and its degree of protection against water
penetration. The latter is reflected on the plate with its factory number. The appliance should be
protected from splashes or spraying of water.
The indoor unit is fixed to the wall of the room. For this purpose, steel bolts (studs) with a diameter of
10-12 mm are secured in the wall. The fasteners must be secured against pulling out of the wall –
they shall be anchor bolts or to pass through the wall (depending on the wall material). Mounting to
decorative walls (single bricks or lightweight materials) is unacceptable.
