Failure   in   the   thermo-sensor   for   ambient   temperature.   It   is   disconnected   or
turned off. The heat pump stops working but can be switched on again after the
fault has been repaired.

TA short

circuit

Failure in the thermo-sensor for ambient temperature. There is a short circuit.
The heat pump stops working but can be switched on again after the fault has
been repaired

High pressure

The temperature at the compressor outlet has exceeded the maximum allowable.
The heat pump stops but can be switched on again after the temperature drops
below the set high pressure protection limit. It is also registered when the high
pressure switch is activated, where the heat pump stops working until the high
pressure switch returns to its normal state and the alarm is not cleared

Low pressure

Registered when the low pressure switch is activated (not used) 

Low voltage

A supply voltage below 190V AC is measured. The heat pump stops working
until the voltage has reached the allowable range.

High voltage

Supply voltage over 255V AC is measured. The heat pump stops working until
the voltage has reached the allowable range

High current

Current exceeds 7.5A   The heat pump stops, but can be switched on again after
the compressor re-start protection time expires.

Long

defrosting 

Defrosting takes longer than usual 

Frequent

defrosting

The time between two defrostings is less than allowable 

Outside the

working range

The measured outside ambient temperature is outside the allowable operating
range of the heat pump. The heat pump will not work 

Blocked 4-way

valve

Possibly blocking of the 4-way valve in the defrost position, resulting in incorrect
operation of the heat pump in heating mode. The heat pump will not work until
the alarm is cleared. 

High pressure

alarm 

Registered if within 1 hour the maximum allowable temperature at the outlet of
the compressors is exceeded for 3 times. The heat pump will not work until the
alarm is cleared
