10.1 Periodic SMS with coordinates

The panel can send regular SMS texts with GPS data; this function can be activated automatically upon the

generation of a GPS alarm setting a suitable time interval.

The function can also be activated manually via a special remote control SMS text.

Note: in case of GPS remote control, the request of regular transmission replaces other requests in pro-

gress.

Note: we recommend to set a time interval above 5 minutes for an easier management and to limit expenses

due to undesired activations.

Note: the panel features an automatic deactivation function for the transmission when a set time interval is

expired. When the time interval expires, the function can be re-enabled via a suitable remote control
SMS.

WARNING
The firmware v.5 (and above) uses the decimal format for degrees and minutes for
the use with GPS devices currently on the market.
GPS coordinates used with positioning services with SmartPhone are indicated in
degrees with decimals.

WARNING
In case of GPS alarm, position data will be regularly transmitted only to the first number
set for such alarm. 
In case of remote control SMS text position data will be transmitted to the number that
has placed the interrogation.
