Two different situations may occur according to SIM card used:

4.33.5 Disable SIM credit reading

If 

SIM balance check profile

 option is active for pre-paid cards, user and installer menus will display a special

section to manage SIM cards credit. The menus allow enabling / disabling SIM credit reading.

Disable sim credit reading 

option is useful for users to avoid the reception of useless texts such as those

due to the provider’s poor service; in such cases, the user can enable this option to temporarily avoid receiving
unwanted texts while waiting for technical support.

The credit control function can also be enabled / disabled via SMS texts: <

C.OFF

> and <

C.ON

>.

The activation of this function DOES NOT generate a SIM credit anomaly event.

4.34 Thermostat function

VILLEGGIO control units are equipped with a built-in temperature sensor used for ’thermostat’ function.
To compensate for different individual features of temperature sensors and installing modes, temperature

detected by the sensor can be adjusted in the relevant user and installer menus using unit keypad.

It is possible to set maximum and minimum temperature thresholds. When temperature raises from mini-

mum to maximum threshold, a ’temperature max threshold’ event will be generated; similarly, when tempera-
ture falls from maximum to minimum threshold value, a ’temperature min threshold’ event will be generated.

It is possible to enable temperature events log using the relevant configuration menu.
The onboard programmable relay, controlled via software, can be configured to operate according to tem-

perature changes: it can be set to activate for maximum or minimum thresholds. Also via software, it is possible
to associate the 

Chronothermostat

 function to an external relay.

When configured to operate according to temperature changes, the onboard programmable relay is normal-

ly OFF and will be activated when the threshold set is reached. Operators can reverse relay operating mode
using the relevant configuration menu (

menu OPTIONS -> Reverse Programmable Relay.

)
