18.17. Replacement of cassettes with
adsorbent media
In normal operation, the replacement of the
cassettes with adsorbent media must be
performed at the defined interval.
•
Turn off the compressor.
•
Check the pressure in the dryer.
•
If the dryer chambers are under pressure,
proceed in accordance with Chapter 17.15.
•
Unscrew the 8 screws (1).
•
Remove the outlet panel (2).
•
Pull out and replace the cassettes (3) with
new parts.
•
Check the seal (4) on the bottom of the
outlet module and replace if necessary.
•
Reverse the procedure to reassemble.
•
Switch on the compressor.
•
Check for any dryer leaks.

18.18. Replacement of the logic valve ball
•
Turn off the compressor.
•
Check the pressure in the dryer.
•
If the dryer chambers are under pressure,
proceed in accordance with Chapter
17.15.
•
Unscrew the 4 screws (1) and remove the
cover (2).
•
Remove the ball cover (3).
•
Replace the ball (4).
•
Check the nozzles (5) and clean as
necessary.
•
Reverse the procedure to reassemble.
•
Check for leaks and the operation of the
logic valve and nozzles
– check for the
cyclical switching of the chambers.
