when the ignition is turned on/off, the current setting of the
activity for driver/co-driver is maintained.
1. To execute the function Activity Ignition via the menu,
insert a company card into a card slot

Activity Ignition OFF/ON
The current setting is displayed.
When the display shows “-”, automatic switchover of
the activity is deactivated, i.e. when the ignition is
turned on/off the current setting for the activity is
maintained.
3. Use cursor keys
and
to select one of the
following settings:
• Maintain driver activity
• Driver in rest period
• Driver in work period
• Driver in availability period
4. Press
OK
to adopt the activity after ignition ON.
5. Enter the required activity in the following three entry
masks:
• Activity for driver when ignition OFF
• Activity for co-driver when ignition ON
• Activity for co-driver when ignition OFF

>> Warning
If the function “>>Warning” is activated, an advance warn-
ing will be displayed when the maximum permissible speed
is exceeded for a certain time.
When the advance warning is displayed, a long beep is per-
formed and the red LED flashes temporarily.
Note
When the maximum speed (programmed by the workshop) is
exceeded for 1 minute or longer, the digital tachograph stores
this event in the mass memory and on the driver card in accord-
ance with EU regulations.
Note
There is no need to acknowledge the advance warning but you
are advised to reduce your speed within the advance warning
time (see next section) to avoid your speeding being stored in the
digital tachograph and on the driver card.
