When fan coil actuator is configured as 2 pipes system OUT2 is not used; anyway it is
configured to switch in the opposite mode of OUT1. When OUT1 goes ON OUT2 goes OFF and
vice versa. This behaviour can be used to manage systems where the Heating / Cooling hydraulic
system is based on a 3 way valve which switches 2 times a year when passing from Summer to
Winter season and vice versa.
