If the SNMP master mode is disabled the web user locking the interface is considered like a local user:
SNMP set commands are not executed and traps are not sent.
Dependant of the state of those 3 parameters, the IRT MIB will be in local mode (1) or remote mode (0)
and traps will be sent (1) or not (0) as per the following table:
