The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser of the ECO-matic MEMS36USA Automatic
Chlorine Generator system that if any component, other than fuses, proves to be defective within a
period of 12 months from
the date of customer
purchase, the manufactu rer will provide f ull
replacement of the part (including labor charges if required). Warrant y does not include onsite labor
or shipping.
During the Warranty Period, any defective product
shall be returned to the distributor by the
AUTHORIZED DEALER, acco mpanied by proof of dat e of purchase. No product shall be returned
before calling for an RMA # to attach to return. The manufacturer will, at it s option, either replace or
repair the defective product and return it. Customer pays for all shipping. The manuf acturer accepts
no responsibility other than the r
epair or replacem ent of def ective product and this Warra nty
specifically excludes product fa ilure due to accidental damage, a buse, misuse, negligence, dama ge
due to non-compliance with Installation or Oper
