Once the validation process is finished, 2 possible messages may be displayed under "Google

OK: validation successful. You can proceed to content syncing.

Perform the following validation troubleshooting checks before repeating the validation process:
o
The device has an Internet connection
o
Your network does not have any filters that prevent access to applications such as Google
Drive
o
The token is correct: it has been copied and pasted correctly
o
The folder path entered in the "Google Drive folder" field matches the folder path in
Google Drive.
o
The USB/uSD folder has not been modified by adding or deleting files from a computer.
o
The destination exists on the USB/uSD
o
The USB/uSD storage media is in a valid format (FAT). NTFS is not a valid format for use
with Google Drive (read-only support).
o
The USB/uSD storage medium is not write protected

Synchronize contents:
run the sync immediately (do not wait for the time set in the General tab).
Recommended if it is the first time that the service is being run.
Considerations:
•
This process can take a long time if it is the first time that it is being run, or if substantial
changes are being made to your Google Drive folder. The time it takes depends on the
number of audio files to be synced.
•
Audio playback will be interrupted during syncing.
•
Do not disconnect your device from the Internet or the mains during the syncing process.
