6 Connection / Installation
6.1 Required personnel
Well trained and quali fi ed personnel with the following knowledge must be used.
Training for working with the following components:
- mechanical components
Instruction and / or reading of the instruction manual, chapter:
03 Fundamental safety instructions, 06 Connection / Installation
6.2 Pneumatic connection
1. Connect the pneumatic hose for the foot pedal with the connector "P"(1.1) and "A" (1.2)
2. Connect the air supply as shown (2) and fast it (Anschlussgewinde G 1/2”). Th e air hose is not part of the
ECKOLD scope of delivery.
3. Open the stop cock (3.1) and check that the required 5,5 bar of pneumatic pressure are indeed available (3.2).
