Turning clockwise, remove the fi lter holder and remove coff ee sediments. Then you can wash it with
detergent, but in any case it is necessary to rinse it with water at least.

Wash all the removable parts with water and dry thoroughly.
Descaling
To get good service from your coff ee maker, you should regularly, every three months or as needed (depending
on water quality and frequency of use) remove limescale. Proceed as follows:
1. Fill the carafe with one part of vinegar and three parts of cold water.
2. Pour the mixture of water and vinegar in the water container. Do not put coff ee in the coff ee maker and
boil the vinegar solution as described in the “Before fi rst use”.
3. Repeat as necessary until the coff ee maker stops discharging yellow liquid. The boil in the coff ee maker
clean water until the smell of the vinegar disappears.

Before contacting an authorized service center, check the points in the following table: If the problem persists,
do not try to fi x it by yourself and contact an authorized service center.
