Step 3 - Terminate common (positive) cables

Run a common (positive) battery cable link internally from the first battery rack
to the rectifier rack.

Bolt the ring crimp lugs to the positive busbar in the battery rack and the
common (positive) busbar in the rectifier rack. Use 3/8" bolts, nuts, spring
washers and flat washers.

Torque to 18.7 - 21.9Nm (166 - 194 inch-pounds).
Step 4 - Terminate live (negative) cables

Run a live (negative) battery cable link internally from the first battery rack to the
rectifier rack.

Bolt the ring crimp lugs to the live (negative) busbar in the battery rack and the
live (negative) busbar on the contactor in the rectifier rack. Use 3/8" bolts, nuts,
spring washers and flat washers.

Torque to 18.7 - 21.9Nm (166 - 194 inch-pounds).
Step 5 - Repeat for second battery rack (if required)
If required, repeat the process to connect the busbars of a second battery rack on the
opposite side of the rectifier rack.
Step 6 - Repeat for other battery rack(s) (if required)
If required, repeat the process to connect the busbars of any other battery rack(s) to
the adjacent battery rack.
