TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
CHECK TO BE PERFORMED
SOLUTION
GREEN LIGHT ON, THE
POWER SWITCH OFF
Is there electric power on the
plug where the device is
installed?
- Contact our electrician.
Is the power cable correctly
connected on the device? Is it in
good condition?
- Connect with care the power cord
on the three-pole plug on the device.
Control the power cable and
eventually change it.
Is the main fuse good?
- Checks the main fuse and replace if
necessary, as described in cap. 4
ANOMALOUS LEVER
MOVEMENTS (STEPS
MOVEMENTS)
Low battery.
- Leave the device connected to grid,
with the main switch in ON position,
some hours without use it.
Exhausted Batteries.
- Change the batteries.
Air may be present in the
hydraulic circuit
- Follow the air elimination described
in the cap. 4.4.2

with the main switch in ON position,
some hours without use it.

It’s necessary to reset the
torque offset.
Follow the procedure described in the
cap 4.4.3
NO CONNECTION
BETWEEN DEVICE AND PC
Control the emergency stop
button, it must be lifted
Put the button in lifted position, as
indicated by the arrows
Control the USB cable, it must
be well inserted in the plug
Connect with care the USB cable
Maybe it
’s necessary restart the
device and the PC
Switch off the device and the PC.
Execute this operation following the
order: control and eventually
reconnect the USB cable

switch on
the PC (leave the operating system
start)

switch on the device
–
start
the program
