Possible causes can be: 
 

1.

 

The USB Cable is not connected to the computer 

2.

 

The device is not turned on 

3.

 

The emergency button is pressed 

 

Check  the  USB  connection,  turn  on  the  device  or  release  the  emergency  button  and 

press “Retry”.

 

If the program does not detect the device, set the parameters as indicated in Appendix 

1 to the paragraph relating to the start of the program with an error message.  
In some cases of communication error, the following error message may appear:
