WARRANTY
E-Flor grant on this product a warranty for 24 months (for commercial / professional

use – 6 months) from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for all appeared
material and manufacturing errors. Advanced liability claims of any kind that are
referred directly or indirectly to persons and / or materials, are excluded.
If a problem or defect should appear, please always fi rst contact your E-Flor

authorized dealer. Your E-Flor authorized dealer can usually correct the problem or

The repair or replacement of components does not result in the extension of the

The warranty does not cover defects that are the result of inappropriate use or

A sales slip (purchase date) in the form of a sales register receipt can be presented

For properly packaged products, E-Flor accepts the pickup of defective equipment

at your E-Flor authorized dealer. If the delivery of defective goods takes place directly
from the fi nal customer to E-Flor, E-Flor can only process such deliveries if the fi nal
customer bears the delivery costs.
E-Flor refuses to accept goods that arrive insuffi
ciently packed.
